By visiting, registering, or using the k789 platform (https://k789.fit) in any way, you are considered to have accepted the terms and conditions of this "Terms of Service Agreement".

2.2 Account Security

Your login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect that a third party has accessed or stolen your account, notify the k789 support team immediately.

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit on k789 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks.

• Deposits must be made from your own payment method only
• Transfers from third parties will not be accepted
• After depositing, it is the player's own responsibility to confirm that the correct amount has been entered
• k789 is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals will be sent back only to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals are only available after the wagering requirement on the bonus has been met
• k789 has the right to review and verify withdrawal requests
• Money laundering of any kind on this platform is strictly prohibited

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The k789 welcome bonus gives you 100% of your first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.

Example:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → total 40,000 Ks → wagering required: 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → receive 200,000 Ks bonus → total 620,000 Ks → wagering required: 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus can only be claimed once and cannot be requested again
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• k789 has the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• If k789 determines that a bonus has been abused, k789 has the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it

• Game results are determined using a random number generator (RNG) and therefore cannot be influenced by any party
• If a technical issue occurs in any game, the result of that game will be voided and any bets placed at that time will be refunded
• Players are prohibited from playing on behalf of relatives or third parties
• k789 has the right to review large bets (high bets)

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k789:

• Money Laundering
• Bonus Abuse — intentionally misusing bonuses
• Collusion in gameplay
• Using software or bots in gameplay
• Cheating — exploiting the game through unfair methods
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour

If any of the above activities are detected, k789 has the right to immediately close that account without warning and to freeze all funds in the account without allowing any withdrawal.

7.1 Suspension by k789

If a breach of these terms is detected, k789 has the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a player's account without notice. Cases where this may occur include:

• If false personal information is found to have been provided
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected
• If restricted regions are accessed, or if VPN is used repeatedly with intent to conceal location
• If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected

7.2 Self-Exclusion by Player
